Khaya Explore is operated by Tungamira Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”).
1. About Khaya Explore
Khaya Explore helps people discover events, activities, venues and experiences in Zimbabwe.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not organise the experiences listed, sell admission tickets, or collect payments for attendance. Bookings made through an organiser’s website, phone, WhatsApp or other external service are between you and that provider.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login details and activities carried out through your account.
You must be at least 18 to create an organiser account and have permission to represent any business or organisation named in your submissions.
3. Submitting an experience
Organisers must provide accurate descriptions, locations, dates, prices, contact details and availability information.
You must have permission to upload photographs, logos and other material. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harmful content, or another person’s private information without permission.
By submitting content, you give us a non-exclusive permission to store, resize and display it as needed to operate and promote your listing through Khaya Explore. You retain ownership of your content.
4. Review and publication
Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may request corrections, decline a submission or remove a listing that breaches these terms.
Approval means the listing has passed our publication review. It is not a guarantee of the organiser’s identity, safety, service quality or accuracy of every detail.
Material listing edits may require another review and may temporarily hide the listing. Dedicated ticket-availability updates can be made without another full review.
5. Keeping listings current
Organisers must promptly update incorrect details, cancellations, postponements and ticket availability.
Availability labels such as “Selling fast”, “Sold out” or “More tickets released” are supplied by organisers. They are not a live inventory count verified by Khaya Explore.
Visitors should confirm current details directly with the organiser before paying or travelling.
6. Listing fees
Standard listings are free, subject to review. See our pricing page for the current listing options.
7. Featured placement
Featured placement is selected by Khaya Explore. Paid featured bookings and date reservations are not currently offered.
8. External bookings and links
External websites and services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Questions about admission, event changes, refunds or services purchased from an organiser should be directed to that organiser. Khaya Explore remains responsible for its own services and obligations under applicable law.
9. Misuse and account restrictions
Do not misuse the website, impersonate others, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with other users.
We may restrict an account or remove content where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, enforce these terms or comply with law.
10. Responsibility and availability
We take reasonable care in operating Khaya Explore, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that third-party listing information will always be complete and current.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will identify the revised effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
